What We Do<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Cheshire Homes India, Ranchi has two separate Hostels\u00a0 for Males and Females with all basic amenities in both the hostels.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Presently about 45 males and 15 females in the hostels. However, the dining hall for both males and females are common.<\/li>
  2. All the residents are served quality breakfast, lunch and dinners. Milk, sprout and fruits are part of their daily foods. For non-vegetarians, mutton, chicken and fishes are also provided on fixed weekdays.<\/li>
  3. The residents, who are able to walk, are admitted in nearby schools. Presently about 10 both boys and girls are school going and homes vehicle drops and brings them from school. Facility for tuition are provided in the home for non-going children. Students \u00a0from XISS visits regularly as a part of their internship in the Home to impart education. Some residents have graduated and doing jobs in the nearby institutions.<\/li>
  4. Recreational facilities are made available to them and the residents indulge in activities like exercise, football and cricket in play ground. Movie show, TV, music, dance are their daily chorus.<\/li>
  5. Under the self-sustainable efforts, one Printing Press has been opened within the campus, where printing, copy making, envelop making are at full swing. Orders are taken for these activities from the nearby Schools, Banks & other Institutions. Candle making, stitching of garments and greeting card making are part of their activities. Farming, cattle rearing are also done in the home to supplement the needs of the home.<\/li>
  6. Physiotherapy is provided to all residents by trained Physiotherapists physiotherapy treatment and various forms of exercise so as to improve the posture and limb movement of the residents.<\/li>
  7. Opening of a computer centre is under progress where students of nearby villages will be trained on paid basis along with free training of our Inmates.<\/li>
  8. Visiting Picnic, Circus, Zoo are part of their lives.<\/li>
  9. Annual Day Celebration of Home with full of fun and fare, message by dignatories on the occasion are part of their activities. Republic Day\u00a0 & Independence Day Celebration along with New Year, Holi, Diwali, Christmas celeberation every year are part of their lives.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
