Our Founder, Group Captain Geoffrey Leonard Cheshire, was an aviator, author, spokesperson, and humanitarian.

He loved India and was instrumental in inspiring a group of philanthropists and volunteers to set up, the formerly known, ‘Bangalore Cheshire Home’ in 1961.
